Training your team can use on Monday

WORKSHOPS

Half-day to multi-day sessions for firms and organizations working through
AI adoption, leadership gaps, and the burnout underneath both.
Built by Amy Vetter, CPA, CGMA, RYT500, CSP and CEO of The B³ Method Institute.

Sometimes You Need More Than a Keynote

A workshop or corporate retreat is where your team leaves with something tangible: a roadmap, a people plan, a set of boundaries they've drafted themselves.

Every session is interactive, built around your organization's real constraints, and customized before it's delivered. Amy and The B³Method has run workshops across industries and North America.

The follow-up is where the value shows up, so most engagements include group coaching after the workshop ends.

Human + AI: From Transactional to Transformational

Decide what AI handles, what your people own, and where the handoffs live.

For: firm leadership, partners, and department heads

Most organizations are testing AI without deciding what their people do alongside it. Teams build tools nobody is assigned to maintain. The advisory strategy in one service line doesn't line up with the one next door. None of it announces itself as a crisis, which is exactly why the cost compounds quietly until a client leaves.

This workshop maps the five trends stalling transformation right now, then puts your leadership through the B³ Innovation Planning model: sorting your own work into what's mission-critical, what's good enough to automate, what deserves real research time, and what to stop doing altogether. Live polling throughout means the room sees where it collectively stands before anyone commits to anything.

What your team builds:

  • A Human + AI map across the engagement lifecycle: before, during, and after the work

  • A definition of advisory the whole organization works from, instead of one per service line

  • A start / speed up / stop list built by the leaders who have to execute it

  • The skills, roles, and career paths a Human + AI team requires

  • Criteria for deciding which clients and industries fit the strategy

The Cherished Advisor®: Create Your Transformation Roadmap

A 12-month business plan your firm leaves the room holding.

For: accounting firm owners, partners, managers, and practice leaders

Technology implemented on top of unchanged processes just makes the old way faster. This workshop rethinks the business processes underneath: defining your firm's purpose, selecting a vertical niche, assessing which technology actually fits your mission, and re-engineering how your team and clients work together.

It's interactive and collaborative throughout, and it asks for real commitment after the event. Firms that finish leave with a 12-month client advisory services roadmap and the budget, roles, and critical success factors to execute it.

What your firm builds:

  • A 12-month Client Advisory Services roadmap with named owners

  • A resourcing and staffing budget tied to near- and long-term goals

  • Pricing, sales, and marketing considerations for launching advisory

  • A SWOT and the critical success factors to hold people accountable against

The Connected Leadership Workshop

Leaders who build engaged teams instead of burned-out ones.

For: emerging and established leaders, leadership development programs, partner groups

Connected leaders create resilient cultures where authentic leadership and team well-being drive measurable results. This transformative workshop equips leaders with evidence-based strategies that deliver Fulfillment ROI — simultaneously boosting profitability and employee engagement while reducing burnout.

What your team builds:

Authentic relationships that reduce turnover and increase innovation

  • Mindful presence that sharpens decision-making and communication

  • Boundaries that improve performance and fulfillment at the same time

  • A people plan and a personal purpose plan they leave with in writing

  • Delegation and coaching skills their teams feel within weeks

Corporate & Leadership Retreats

Some work doesn't happen in a conference room with everyone's laptops open. The retreat takes your leadership offsite for multiple days of group coaching, yoga and meditation, and the kind of conversation people don't have when they're going back to their desks at five.

Led by Amy at retreat properties selected for the setting. CPE eligible.

What your team builds:

  • A clear read on where they're personally off balance and what it's costing

  • Practical skills for being present in conversations, meetings, and conflict

  • Empathy as a working leadership skill, not a personality trait

  • Common ground with colleagues they've been misreading

  • Daily practices that survive a busy season
