About this course

Every interruption, notification, and unplanned task pulls focus from the work that actually moves the needle. By the end of a week that looked productive on paper, the work that mattered most is still sitting there waiting.
This four-week course, part of the B³ Mindfulness series, gives professionals a concrete system for managing attention, not just time. Built on the B³ Method®, each week targets a specific skill: productivity, presence, intentionality, and strategic energy management. Participants redesign how their day gets built from the ground up, with tools they start using before the course ends.
