Many of us feel we know who we are, but it’s not always easy to stay in touch with our soul. Recognizing our souls requires effort and attention so we can, in turn, maintain our Bliss.
Often we want to change who we are, or feel we need to. But it’s important to identify who you are innately, and then work with your natural state rather than trying to change who you are and not achieving a realistic outcome.
How we each experience these areas of our lives, along with the work we do to be aware and adjust along the way, helps us work toward creating greater inner peace and eventually, Bliss.
Your soul is the part of you that consists of your mind, character, thoughts, and feelings.
In this one-hour session Amy Vetter, from The B³ Method Institute, will share insights to help you nurture your soul.
