Course Description:

Take a break, take a breath, take a step back. Are you ready to implement more mindfulness into your life? This month-long course will guide you as you form the habit of meditation and mindfulness activities in your daily schedule.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to: Identify how mindfullness can have a positive impact on work and recognize the places where we are off balance internally.

Who should attend: This course is for anyone who wants to incorporate productivity and mindfulness into their day.
