Course Description:

In this four-week course, you will receive guidance to grow and scale your business. Topics covered will address pricing, brand and marketing, sales, and the client onboarding experience. You will cultivate your entrepreneurial mindset, define your personal brand and improve your mindful communications using the B3 Method of Business + Balance = Bliss.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to:

• Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Understand what needs to be completed before creating a marketing plan;
• Evaluate your current marketing strategies and make plans for future marketing;
• Know how to measure the success of your practice with your clients;
• Identify the true value of your services and adjust your pricing structure and billing model to reflect that;
• Develop an effective sales strategy and process to identify and bring on clients you want to work with through active listening and open ended questions;
• Develop a plan to make your practice profitable by creating the right prices for both you and your clients with the service offerings they need;
• Assess and build your client onboarding experience to reflect the experience they can expect to have;
• Build a business plan to successfully grow and scale your practice;
• Utilize the B3 Method to develop your personal brand and dive deep into mindful communication to better connect with your clients.

Who should attend:

This course is for CPAs, including sole practitioners and firm leaders at accounting practices, who wish to take their business to the next level, increase revenue and client services, and make more strategic business decisions.
